Discovery, demo, class seats, lease briefings, pre-buy, and maintenance drop-off share one calendar. The desk confirms in the console.
Slots are held on the server the moment you submit. A second guest asking for the same time is turned away. Each hold also posts to the ConsultifyIT contact desk and, when that calendar is configured, to Cal.com.
